KidKu uses only the information needed for your account, learning, family features and safety. We do not sell children’s personal information.

What KidKu keeps

KidKu keeps the account details you provide, your age group and role, avatar, family links, approved contacts, learning progress, rewards, safety choices, reports, messages and call history needed for the features you use. KidKu never receives your Google password, phone passcode, fingerprint or face scan.

How your information helps

Your information helps KidKu show suitable learning, games and community content, connect approved people, remember progress and protect your account. Optional product-improvement counts never include message text, searches, names or contacts.

Children and family controls

Child profiles start with stronger privacy settings. Linked parents can manage approved contacts, communication and healthy-use choices. The parent-area lock uses the phone’s own security; fingerprint and face information remain with the device.

Services that help KidKu work

KidKu uses Google Firebase for sign-in, saved account data, notifications, app protection and crash reports. A game or lesson may connect to its content provider after you choose to open it. Camera or microphone access is requested only when you start a feature that needs it.

Keeping or removing information

Recent activity and game history kept on your device is limited to seven days. Account information remains until it is deleted, the account is removed, or KidKu must keep it for safety or legal reasons. Privacy, communication and notification choices are available in Privacy Centre.

Security and your choices

KidKu uses account checks, device security and access controls. No online service can promise zero risk. You can request a copy of your information or delete the account in Privacy Centre, and you can report concerning behaviour from the relevant screen.
